Exercise Band Pallof Pad on Balance Discs
Attach an exercise Band to the Strong Stall Bar or a secure position. Stand on Balance Discs with a wide base of support, feet together, or in tandem stance and hold the Exercise Band in a tightened position to your chest. Keeping your core tight press the Exercise Band away from your chest and bring it back in without allowing it to pull you out of an upright position.
