Deltoid Raises with External Rotation with Dumbbells

Stand with your elbows at your side, bent to 90 degrees. You will raise your elbows to shoulder height first. Once your arms are at shoulder height you will raise the Dumbbells by rotating your shoulders to the point of the Dumbbells being raised over your shoulder. The ending position should make your arms look like a football goal post. Lower your hands slowly back to shoulder height.
