Chest Opener with TrueStretch
Standing in TrueStretch. Face outward into the gym. One hand on either side of the TrueStretch at the desired height. Shift your weight forward until you feel a gentle pull in the chest keep elbows soft. To get a pec muscle focus, place your grip and elbows higher than shoulder height. Play around and see what feels good to you. Options: You also can use a doorway to do this. Or lay on your back on a Foam Roller.
