Classes: Yoga

Yoga includes poses and gentle movement sequences to help improve the body’s movement patterns, yogic breath techniques, and guided relaxation.  This class is for beginner levels demonstrating modifications with a chair during more challenging sequences.  If you have knee pain a pillow can be placed under your knees during kneeling poses for comfort.
