Classes: Total Body Strength

A strength workout anyone can do anywhere with minimal equipment.  We will utilize hand weights, bands, a stability ball and your own body weight. We'll target all muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. Modifications are introduced to challenge you at your level along with specific instructions to ensure you do the exercises appropriately.
