Classes: Seated Strength

A strength workout anyone can do completely seated. This allows participants with mobility or balance challenges to exercise and offload the lower body. We will build strength and increase your heart rate for a total body workout using hand weights, bands, and your body weight. Each class will utilize a sturdy chair, preferably with arms.
