Classes: Easy Does It

Combining low-impact aerobics (no jumping!) with light strengthening, you’re sure to get a well-rounded workout in this class. You will need space to move for the cardio portion, and some classes will utilize light hand weights or bands for strengthening. A great class for those who like to keep moving and mixing up strength and cardio.
