Classes: Circuit 20

This circuit-style class will take just 20 minutes of your day and provide a full-body workout. We will combine a variety of strength and low-impact cardio moves and incorporate different equipment such as hand weights and bands to keep the movements new and fun. We will move quickly from one move to the next, with breaks in between each circuit. Movements will be repeated throughout the class to increase familiarity and comfort.
