Classes: Air Boxing
Air Boxing takes the moves of traditional kickboxing and turns them into a low-impact fitness class. This class will involve a lot of weight-shifting and one-leg work that is great for balance and stability. Punches and kicks along with strength exercises make this class fun and different. Air Boxing is great for beginner and advanced exercisers, and will help improve balance, coordination, and strength.
Please complete Episode 00 - Introduction first. That Episode slowly walks through each of the most traditional moves, to help you feel comfortable and confident in each Episode thereafter.
